Shipping policy

Pride on the Line delivers worldwide and uses a number of freight forwarders to deliver Products in Australia and abroad and reserves the right to use other carriers in its absolute discretion. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Make sure to enter your full address and chose the ship option to display the shipping charges. 

Order Processing

We will use reasonable endeavours to arrange dispatch of the Product within 6-10 working days of submitting the Order.

Expected delivery times within Australia are 10-15 business days.

The expected delivery times set out above are estimates only. Pride on the Line will not be liable to You for any loss or damage You suffer if the Product is not delivered within the estimated time-frames.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with the tracking information. We are unable to guarantee the accuracy of the information as we are reliant on the third party carrier to provide it to Us and We will not accept any responsibility or liability for loss, delays, inconvenience or other damage caused by inaccurate information provided by Us about estimated delivery times and dates.

Australia-wide Shipping

Orders placed within Australia or goods shipped to an Australian residence are subject to the Australian GST.

Freight charges within Australia are calculated using our automatic freight calculator.

All deliveries must be signed unless You have signed an Authority to Leave, which we will ordinarily require You to do as part of the online store purchase process, providing instructions where the Product can be left in a secure location at Your nominated delivery address.

Where in the usual course, an Authority to Leave is completed by You, then You accept all responsibility for missing, lost or damaged Products left by the carrier.

International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pride on the Line is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Store Pick-up

Pick-up is offered at checkout from 10B Hender Avenue, Magill SA 5072. If you select this option, you will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick-up. 

Risk and Title

Risk and title in the Product will pass to You when the Product leaves our warehouse or store with the nominated carrier acting as the customer’s agent. Pride on the Line checks each Product thoroughly before it leaves our warehouse or store and we do not take any responsibility for damage, loss or other event which may occur after the item leaves our warehouse or store.

We accept no responsibility for any claims, losses, damage arising out of or additional costs incurred due to delivery not being effected as a result.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If any product ordered by you arrives damaged or is not of acceptable quality you may have legal rights and remedies in Australia under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other rights under other consumer laws applying in each Australian State and Territory; and/or to have the product repaired or replaced or to receive a refund of the price paid by you for the product.

Due to the made to order nature of our Products, we do not offer exchange or refund in any circumstances unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, in breach of manufacturer’s warranties or consumer guarantees, or where otherwise required by law (‘warranty returns’). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, or to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@prideontheline.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
