Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

The prices quoted on the website are subject to change and may also vary depending on the payment method chosen. Whilst we endeavour to keep all prices on the website current, we do not guarantee the accuracy of pricing information on the website. We will advise you if and when any price changes occur prior to the processing of your order.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. 

Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply chosen a different product elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any proposed Orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your Order. Representations of products for sale made by us via the website do not constitute an offer to sell but an invitation to treat.

You and PRIDE ON THE LINE PTY LTD may enter into a contract for the sale and supply of products by you making an offer via the website to purchase a product at the price advertised on the website by:

(ii) you confirming the Order details in accordance with the procedure on the website;
(iii) you making payment in full (plus any applicable delivery charges) on the website; and

For pre-order items, a deposit is required at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance is due before shipment. By confirming your pre-order, you agree to these payment terms and acknowledge that your order will only be shipped once full payment is received.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You acknowledge that you must follow the instructions and safety warnings provided with the Products. We will not be liable for any damage, loss, injury or death caused by any failure by you to do so. 

Our Products are not designed to be a protection or treatment for injury. They are not a toy and not designed to be used by children. Children should not be left in or near the Products without supervision due to the risk of drowning that could occur even in very shallow water as well as other injuries including slip and fall where surfaces are wet. You must carefully read and strictly follow the safety and care instructions provided with Our Products to prevent injury or death. If the Product is damaged, it should not be used.

Pool safety laws apply to all our products. It is the responsibility of the end user to contact their local authorities of their country or region to be aware of the latest requirements in regard to pool safety regulations, filtration, sanitisation, certificates and installations.

You acknowledge that the Products require special maintenance. In particular the care and maintenance instructions provided with the Products must be followed carefully. We will not be liable for any damage caused by any failure by you to maintain the Product properly.

All Pride on the Line products are covered by a standard one year warranty with the warranty commencing on the date of purchase. 

Pride on the Line warrants that it will repair or replace any product manufactured or supplied by it that becomes defective within the terms of this warranty within one year of the date of purchase.
